Try it
- Open the chat bubble in the bottom right.
- Say you'd like to book a time.
- Give it your name, then a day and time that suits you, then an email.
- Watch it check what's free, take the slot, and tell you what it just did.
This is a demo, and the bot says so itself. It tells you before it does anything, and again after it books. You won't end up on my calendar and you won't be charged.
Use a real email if you want to see what lands, or a made-up one if you'd rather not. It works either way.
What you're actually looking at
The assistant reads a real calendar, so the times it offers are the times that are genuinely free. It takes a name, an email and a slot, writes a contact record, and books the appointment. On a live account that's the point where the confirmation goes out and the reminders get scheduled.
The same thing works over text and on Facebook and Instagram messages. The setup is the part that takes the work: the questions it asks, the answers it's allowed to give, and what it does when somebody asks something it doesn't know.
What it won't do
It doesn't quote prices and it doesn't give advice. Not here and not on a client's account. If somebody asks what something costs, it says that's a conversation with a person and takes a message. That's a decision, not a limitation — an assistant that guesses at a number is worse than no assistant.
The assistant on my own site doesn't book
Worth saying plainly, since you can go and check. The chat bubble on cvprotools.com answers questions and takes a message. It never books. This demo is here so you can see what the booking version does before you decide whether you want one.
